VANCOUVER, BC – July 8, 2026 – As a featured company in The Resource Vault, White Gold Corp. (TSX-V: WGO | OTC: WHGOF) is set to be one of the biggest beneficiaries of a landmark development in the Yukon… and it did not cost them a dollar.
On July 5, 2026, Talamore Mining Corp. (TSX-V: TALA) announced a C$620 million construction financing package for its Coffee Gold Project in the Yukon and confirmed that construction of the Northern Access Route (NAR), a permanent, all-season road connecting the Coffee Project to Dawson City, is already underway. Work has commenced under a recently granted permit from the Yukon Ministry of Highways and Public Works, with full mine construction targeted following a formal construction decision in early 2027.
This development has major implications for every landowner in the White Gold District. And White Gold Corp. controls over 300,000 hectares of that district, approximately 40% of the entire land package.
A District-Enabling Development
The most immediate benefit is the road. The absence of permanent road access has historically been the single greatest constraint on developing gold projects in the White Gold District, making exploration more expensive, logistics slower, and development economics harder to justify. The NAR changes that for the entire district, not just for Talamore.
The benefits could go well beyond road access. The construction of a producing mine in the district means that processing plants and other critical infrastructure assets will exist in the region. In mature mining districts around the world, it is common for neighbouring companies to explore toll-milling and shared infrastructure arrangements rather than each building their own facilities from scratch — a model that can dramatically reduce the capital required to bring a deposit into production. If that dynamic were to take hold in the White Gold District, it could meaningfully improve the economics of White Gold’s upcoming Preliminary Economic Assessment and lower the bar for bringing its deposits into production.
Nothing is agreed or guaranteed — but the precedent is well established, and the development of the Coffee Project is the first step toward making that possibility real in the Yukon. White Gold, as the largest landholder in the district by a wide margin, with defined gold deposits and a PEA expected in 2026, would be among the best-positioned companies to benefit if that dynamic unfolds.
The Resource Vault Perspective
The road is being built. The mine is being financed. The district is opening up. And White Gold holds 40% of it.
At a $241 million USD market capitalization, the market has not yet fully priced in what permanent road access and shared district infrastructure means for the value of White Gold’s land package, the economics of its upcoming PEA, or its attractiveness to major gold producers looking for the next large-scale development opportunity in a tier-one jurisdiction.
This is the kind of district-level catalyst that re-rates entire sectors of the junior mining market. White Gold is at the centre of it.
